Due to COVID-19 impacts, delays with USPS have increased. Standard shipping first class does not include insurance to cover packages lost or damaged packages by USPS. Refunds will not be given in the event that a package is not delivered by the estimated delivery day. Refunds will not be given if a package is lost or damaged and insurance is not purchased. I recommend priority mail which comes with $50 of insurance.
- if the wrong item is sent a return label will be sent.
- orders usually take 7-14 business days to process before they will be shipped.
- Shipping and processing are two different time frames.
USPS delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed for first class standard shipping and priority shipping. Upgraded shipping options at checkout do not change the processing time. If you need something by a certain date, please message me before you purchase.
I do not give refunds on shipping if USPS takes longer to deliver your item or your item is damaged in transit.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGE:
I cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after your order is placed. Please check for accuracy before ordering.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME FRAMES ONCE DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE: First class mail is 3-7 business days and priority mail is 1-3 business days. Please be advised it can take up to 48 hours for tracking to update. Delivery date is not guaranteed by myself or USPS. It is an estimated date of delivery.
If you need an item by a certain date please contact me BEFORE ordering to verify if possible.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
